Brady, Noa and Buckley Speak at DSBA Labor and Employment Law Update

Three Potter Anderson lawyers played key roles in the Delaware State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Update 2021.

Jennifer Gimler Brady spoke on the “Workplace Safety in a Pandemic” panel. Brady concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. She counsels employers on labor and employment issues, including unionization and collective bargaining, employee supervision, discipline and discharge, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination.

Jesse Noa joined the “Ethics Potpourri: Sticky Situations Confronting the Employment Attorney” panel. Noa represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware. He currently serves as vice-chair of the DSBA’s Labor & Employment Section.

Jennifer Penberthy Buckley moderated the half-day virtual program. Buckley advises employers on adopting and implementing effective policies consistent with federal and state law; responding to employee requests for leave and accommodation; avoiding and responding to discrimination claims; and more. She currently serves as secretary of the DSBA’s Labor & Employment Section.
