Denny Discusses Delaware Data Broker Registry Bill

At the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce's End-of-Session Policy Conference, partner Bill Denny spoke about Delaware House Bill 262, an act which seeks to amend title 6 of the Delaware code which relates to data brokers and consumer protection. 

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
