Josh Martin Moderates Panel on Advanced Ethics for Arbitrators

Josh Martin moderated a panel discussion titled “Advanced Ethics for Arbitrators” at the College of Commercial Arbitrators Annual Meeting in Minneapolis.

Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining the firm, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware. Prior to his corporate career, he served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge for eight years. A physicist by training, Martin began his legal career as a patent attorney for Hercules, Inc.

The College of Commercial Arbitrators is an invitation-only organization that provides meaningful contribution to the profession, the public, the legal sector and to the businesses that implement commercial arbitration as a means of dispute resolution.
