Speaking Engagement

On March 4, 2023, Jennifer Wasson participated on a CLE panel discussion at the ABA Litigation Section's Insurance Coverage Litigation CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona. The panel, "Minimizing Legal Malpractice Suits and Keeping Your Coverage When You are Sued," discussed key issues in how to minimize the chances of being sued for legal malpractice and how to make sure your coverage is available when you are sued.

Wasson, a partner in the firm's General Litigation Group, focuses her practice on commercial, corporate and insurance litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. She has tried cases for Fortune 500 companies in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court. She also has tried both civil and criminal cases in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, including as a prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office through Operation FED-UP, a law enforcement initiative to reduce felony gun crimes.
