Senior Counsel Joshua Martin and Partner Kevin Shannon will present at the Delaware State Bar Association’s Why Delaware? Expedited Dispute Resolution for Complex Commercial Disputes CLE on Friday, October 17, at 11:15 a.m. at Riverfront Events in Wilmington. Martin will discuss the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act, and Shannon will join a panel on the role of relationship counsel and Delaware litigation counsel in effective mediation.
