Denny Named Among Top E-Discovery/Technology Lawyers by Delaware Today

In its annual “Top Lawyers” feature, Delaware Today magazine named partner Bill Denny among the top e-discovery/technology lawyers in the state. The lawyers listed are selected based on responses to a survey sent to all 4,900 members of the Delaware Bar Association.

Denny practices primarily in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He has represented public and privately held companies and government entities in a wide range of technology and intellectual property-related transactions, including counseling clients on compliance with cybersecurity laws, development of data security policies, contracting with cloud service providers, outsourcing of IT services, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, software development, sales of internet domain names, and website terms of use and privacy policies. Clients include major licensees of information technology as well as internet service providers, software developers and system integration service providers.
