Martin Named to 2020 Tech List of Leading Technology Neutrals
Josh Martin, senior counsel at Potter Anderson, has been named by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) to its 2020 List of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals. Known as the “Tech List,” the 2020 list includes 51 professionals in key markets in the United States and across the globe. This is Martin’s third year on the list, and he is again the only Delaware lawyer to be included.
Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware and served eight years as a Delaware Superior Court Judge.
All individuals on the Tech List are members of a recognized U.S. or international arbitral or mediation institution panel with deep experience in disputes involving technology development and distribution, intellectual property, corporate, finance, trade regulation, aerospace, and other tech sector commercial matters.
