Potter Anderson and Three IP Partners Ranked in 2017 IAM Patent 1000

Noting Potter Anderson’s “finely honed understanding of Delaware’s legal terrain,” the sixth edition of Intellectual Asset Management’s IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Professionals highlights three Potter Anderson partners: Dave Moore, Janet Reed and Phil Rovner.

Dave Moore, the chair of Potter Anderson’s Litigation Group, is described as a “‘top lawyer who understands how best to tailor an argument for trial’ with ‘excellent legal and technical judgement.’”

Janet Reed, head of the firm’s intellectual property transactional and counseling practice, is noted as “a level-headed biotechnology ace hailed as the ‘best prosecutor in the state’ by a fellow professional.”

The IAM Patent 1000 is compiled annually following a five-month research process that includes 1,800 interviews with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field.
