2026 LCLD Participants Announced
We are proud to announce this year's Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity (LCLD) participants. Partner Alyssa Gerace Frank will participate in the Fellows program, and associates Emma Diver, Maria Kotsiras, and Hannah Paxton will take part in the Pathfinders initiative.
"We are pleased that Alyssa, Emma, Maria, and Hannah will participate in the 2026 LCLD Program," said Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Pro Bono Services William Chapman. "We're confident that they will continue to strengthen their positions as agents of change in the legal field."
As an LCLD Fellow, Alyssa joins a select group of experienced attorneys identified for their leadership potential and professional track record. This program offers senior-level participants exclusive opportunities to engage with General Counsel and Managing Partners from the country’s most prestigious organizations, fostering the executive skills necessary to navigate the highest echelons of the legal industry. Simultaneously, our LCLD Pathfinders will engage in a program tailored for high-potential, early-career attorneys. This initiative provides them with foundational tools to develop internal professional networks and leadership strategies, ensuring they are well-equipped to ascend into future leadership roles.
