Delaware Law Developments 2016: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know

Practising Law Institute will host its annual CLE program, “Delaware Law Developments 2016: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know” on August 12, 2016. This program is designed for outside counsel, corporate counsel, corporate directors, corporate committee members, investment bankers, consultants and other professionals who need to know the latest developments and important issues in Delaware corporate law. Potter Anderson partners Stephen C. Norman and Michael B. Tumas will serve as faculty.

Steve Norman will participate on a panel discussing “Recent Developments in Delaware Law” at 9:15 a.m., and Michael Tumas will join a session discussing "Insights from Delaware Practitioners" at 12:00 p.m.
