8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Discussion

In workplaces throughout our region, perhaps for the first time in history, four different generations of employees are working side-by-side. Much has been written about the perceived differences in attitudes, behaviors, expectations, habits and motivational buttons among each of these generations. Business leaders are becoming all too familiar with the problems that can arise in managing groups of multi-generational employees.

Please join us for an enlightening seminar that will provide practical and legal guidance on managing these issues.

Eileen Filliben Edmunds and Helene Wiswall, human resource consultants from ModernThink, will provide real world guidance on how to manage the multi-generational workforce.

Kathleen Furey McDonough and Jennifer Gimler Brady of Potter Anderson will provide insight and guidance on managing the many legal issues that arise when managing a diverse and multi-generational workforce, including the ever-present problem employee.

Wendy Voss of Potter Anderson will discuss important employment issues on the horizon.

Please reserve your space by contacting Lauren Kornsey at 302-984-6221 or lkornsey@potteranderson.com by May 2, 2014.  There is no fee to attend this program.  HRCI credits are pending.
