Brady Presents at HIPAA Privacy and Security Summit

At the Virtual HIPAA Privacy and Security Summit co-hosted by Widener University Delaware Law School and First Healthcare Compliance, partner Jennifer Gimler Brady will present on “Business Associate Agreements: What They Are, Who Needs Them, and How They Can Go Sideways.”

Brady is Potter Anderson’s general counsel and head of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. She concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care providers on a variety of issues, including licensing and certification, fraud and abuse laws, medical privacy and confidentiality, and litigation matters. She also counsels employers on labor and employment issues, including unionization and collective bargaining, employee supervision, discipline and discharge, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination.
