Brady Presents on OSHA Compliance at Healthcare Compliance Symposium

Jennifer Gimler Brady participated in a panel titled “OSHA Compliance in the Healthcare Setting” at Delaware Law School’s First Annual Healthcare Compliance Symposium. The panelists discussed a variety of OSHA topics, including:
- OSHA investigations
- Workplace violence
- Updated recordkeeping and reporting requirements
- Using OSHA and safety consultants
- Retaliation and whistleblowing
- Drug testing
Brady concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care providers on a variety of issues, including licensing and certification, fraud and abuse laws, medical privacy and confidentiality, and litigation matters.
