Davey Moderates Corporate Law and Governance Panel

Brad Davey moderated a panel at the BYU Winter Deals Conference titled “Corporate Law and Governance.” Davey, who focuses primarily on business, corporate and alternative entities litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, led a discussion with Yesha Yadav, Professor of Law, Vanderbilt Law School; Will Clayton, Associate Professor of Law at BYU Law School; and Usha Rodriguez, University Professor & M.E. Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law at University of Georgia.

Davey frequently advises directors, acquirers and financial advisors in connection with mergers and acquisition litigation. In addition, he has substantial experience litigating and providing advice regarding various proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law, including appraisal, advancement and indemnification, books and records demands, and director election contests.
