Denny and Michael Hojnicki, CIO of New Castle County, Del., will discuss how leveraging risk assessments help to define cyber strategies that address critical issues, including the risks that arise in the supply chain. Topics will include consideration that needs to be given to the supply chain risk, including the roles of due diligence, contract provisions and monitoring in controlling vendor cyber risk, as counties evolve to the cloud.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology.
