Denny Discusses Latest in Data Security

Bill Denny will be a panelist on “Recent Developments in Data Security and E-Discovery 2021,” a CLE program hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association. The panel will discuss recent developments in litigation, legislation and regulations relating to data security and privacy, with an emphasis on recent ethics guidance and incidents involving attorneys and law firms.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
