Denny Discusses What Delaware Lawyers Need to Know About Privacy Law

Partner Bill Denny was a panelist at a CLE program focused on what Delaware lawyers need to know about privacy law. Hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association, the panel discussed the California Consumer Privacy Act, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, and what they might mean for Delaware lawyers and their clients. The program also included tips on law firm privacy compliance and an overview of proposed regulations for CCPA.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
