Denny Leads ABA Program on Board Responsibilities in Cybersecurity

Partner Bill Denny chaired a program on board responsibilities in cybersecurity and the view from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The program took place on the first day of the ABA Business Law Section’s Annual Meeting, which was held in Washington, D.C., this year.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security, and information technology.
