Denny Moderates Program for Corporate Officers and Directors on Managing Cyber and Privacy Risks

Partner Bill Denny moderated an online CLE program on practical guidance for Corporate officers and directors on managing cyber and privacy risks. Sponsored by the ABA, the program focused on recent regulatory guidance for corporate boards and best practice guidelines to board members for overseeing their organization’s cybersecurity and data privacy risk management strategy.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is the co-chair of the ABA Business Law Section’s Cyberspace Law Committee.
