Dudderar, Houtman and Maxwell Discuss Recent Developments in Delaware M&A Law

At the Dallas Bar Association’s M&A Section committee meeting on January 8, Potter Anderson partners Tim Dudderar, Roxanne Houtman and Mike Maxwell provided an update on recent developments in Delaware M&A Law.

Dudderar focuses his practice on corporate and alternative entity litigation. He has represented clients in various industries, including financial and banking, technology, oil and gas exploration, and commercial real estate before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.

Houtman counsels Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. She also represents buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures. Roxanne is a member of the Council of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and, in that capacity, participates in the annual review of, and preparation of amendments to, the Delaware General Corporation Law.

Maxwell advises clients on matters of Delaware corporate and business law in transactions involving Delaware alternative entities and corporations, including investment and private equity fund transactions, fund formations, joint ventures, cross border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, dissolutions and restructurings.
