At the 20th annual spring conference of the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution, senior counsel Josh Martin participated in a panel discussion titled “The Ethics of Arbitration: Problems and Ethical Cures.” The interactive program posed real-life scenarios that involve serious ethical issues. The panelists — all experienced arbitrators — discussed these problems, challenged the attendees to analyze the critical ethical concerns, and offered solutions for managing them.
