Martin Discusses Post-Judicial Career in DSBA ‘Beyond the Bench’ Series
Senior counsel Josh Martin participated in the Delaware State Bar Association’s inaugural “Beyond the Bench” program. The dialogue series featured retired Delaware federal and state court judges sharing anecdotes on and off the bench, anxieties of moving to the next chapter, and what they have done or are now doing with their careers.
Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware. Before his corporate career, he served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge for eight years. A physicist by training, Martin began his legal career as a patent attorney for Hercules, Inc.
