Partner Mike Maxwell will speak on a panel entitled “Recent Developments and Business Necessities in Deal Terms for Mid-Market M&A Transactions.” Hosted by the Middle Market and Small Business Committee during the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting, the panel will analyze market trends in the form of concrete deal terms for M&A transactions involving small and mid-sized companies as target entities.
