Mark Morton and Mike Reilly spoke on “Distributed Ledger Shares: Proposed Amendments to the DGCL” at the annual spring meeting of the ABA’s Business Law Section. In their presentation to the M&A Committee, they outlined issues related to the potential adoption of blockchain technology for the registration and transfer of record ownership of shares of stock of Delaware corporations.
