At the 30th annual Tulane University Law School’s Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans, partner Mark Morton moderated a panel titled “Practice After Corwin.” The panel of Delaware and New York litigators from both plaintiff and defense sides discussed the state of deal litigation following the Corwin decision, with deal lawyers discussing how it has changed deals and advice given in boardrooms to the board of directors of the target and the buyer.

Morton, whose practice focuses on corporate counseling, governance and opinion work, is a member of the planning committee for the Tulane Corporate Law Institute.
