Mozal Presents on Delaware Supreme Court Decision in Morris v. Spectra Energy Partners

Nick Mozal participated on a panel discussing recent decisions at a session hosted by the M&A Jurisprudence Subcommittee at the ABA Business Law Section’s 2021 Spring Meeting. He presented on the Delaware Supreme Court’s recent decision in Morris v. Spectra Energy Partners. Prior to the Spring Meeting, he co-authored an article on the decision for The M&A Lawyer.

Mozal is counsel in Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group and focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, he was a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
