Mullen, Davey and Dudderar Present on M&A Developments to Houston Bar Association

Speaking Engagement

At the Houston Bar Association’s M&A Section Meeting, Potter Anderson partners Tom Mullen, Brad Davey and Tim Dudderar presented “Tips From the Trenches: 2017 M&A Developments in Delaware.”

Mullen focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving Delaware business entities. He is an active member of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Committee and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Business Law.

Davey focuses primarily on business, corporate and alternative entities litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of corporate law seminars and symposia, including the Tulane Institute of Corporate Law and the University of Pennsylvania Institute of Law and Economics.

Dudderar focuses his practice on corporate and alternative entity litigation. He has represented clients in various industries, including financial and banking, technology, oil and gas exploration, and commercial real estate before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
