Potter Anderson Hosts 2019 Women in IP Global Networking Event

April 4, 2019

For the second year in a row, Potter Anderson hosted Delaware-area members of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) at the annual Women in IP Global Networking Event. This event was one of more than 50 taking place around the world, bringing together a community of women who practice IP law and/or regularly face IP issues in the ordinary course of business.

This year’s Delaware event was held at Hagley Museum and Library, home to the world’s largest private collection of U.S. patent models. Hagley’s Copeland Room features 100 objects from the collection. During the reception, guests heard from Hagley’s Executive Director David Cole about the models, including those from women inventors.
