Co-hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Delaware State Bar Association, this year’s program was held at the Hotel du Pont in downtown Wilmington on October 17. It featured insights from leading bankruptcy practitioners and perspectives from the Delaware bankruptcy and federal appellate bench as well as specialized tracks for both young lawyers and experienced practitioners.
