Readinger Discusses Preserving, Collecting and Using Non-Traditional Electronically Stored Information

Counsel Laura Readinger will join a roundtable discussion about electronically stored information at the 2022 Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar. Hosted by the ABA’s Litigation Section, the roundtable will discuss identifying all types of ESI used in an organization and best practices for preserving and collecting non-traditional ESI. The roundtable will also cover privacy issues related to employee personal devices.

Readinger is eDiscovery counsel in the firm’s Corporate Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups. She counsels clients and co-counsel on the many challenges associated with eDiscovery. She provides cost-effective and efficient project management solutions to clients in what is a complex and continually changing area of the law. She is also a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
