Reed Presents on Ins and Outs of Confidentiality Agreements for Bioscience Industry

Dr. Janet Reed was a speaker at the Delaware Bioscience Association’s virtual “lunch and learn” session on May 6. She discussed the ins and outs of confidentiality agreements in bioscience and related industries.

Reed is the head of Potter Anderson’s intellectual property transactional and counseling practice. Though she counsels in all aspects of intellectual property, she focuses her practice on patents related to biotechnological inventions in food, medicine and agriculture.
