Reed, Whittaker Address Delaware Tech Entrepreneurs

At the Delaware Small Business Development Center’s two-day Tech Startup Bootcamp in Wilmington, Del., partners Janet Reed and Mike Whittaker addressed legal issues for startup entrepreneurs. Whittaker’s topic was “Legal Foundations: Choosing an Entity” and Reed spoke about “Creating an IP Strategy for Long-Term Growth.”

The SBDC is the only statewide, nationally accredited program that provides high-quality one-on-one consulting, training and information resources to help small businesses grow and succeed. The SBDC program is a public/private partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the State of Delaware and the University of Delaware.
