At the 2nd Annual Symposium on Corporate Law at U.C. Berkeley, corporate litigation partner Kevin Shannon participated in a panel titled “What Should the Goals of Corporate Law Be (and Who Should Be Setting Them)?”

Moderated by Frank Partnoy, the founding director of the Center for Corporate and Securities Law at the University of San Diego, other panelists included Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court, Jill E. Fisch of University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Scott Kupor of venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, and Allison Bennington of ValueAct Capital.
