Steele Co-Chairs Program on Business Implications of Recent Supreme Court Term

Partner Myron Steele co-chaired a program on the business implications of the U.S. Supreme Court’s October 2018 term. The program took place on the first day of the ABA Business Law Section’s Annual Meeting, which was held in Washington, D.C., this year.

Steele is the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Previously, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after 18 years in private litigation practice. He has presided over major corporate litigation and LLC and limited partner governance disputes, and he writes frequently on issues of corporate document interpretation and corporate governance.
