Steele Discusses Considerations of Federalism for Corporate Lawyers

At The Federalist Society’s In-House Counsel Network National Launch Conference, partner Myron Steele spoke on a panel about how corporations balance tradeoffs when deciding to advocate for state or federal regulations and weighing the general considerations of federalism.

Steele is the former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. He previously served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after 18 years in private litigation practice. He has presided over major corporate litigation and LLC and limited partner governance disputes, and writes frequently on issues of corporate document interpretation and corporate governance.
