Steele Speaks on IBA Panel About Combatting Unethical Lawyer Behavior

Myron Steele, Potter Anderson partner and former chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, was a panelist at the International Bar Association’s annual conference in Rome. The panel, titled “Prosecuting Unfounded Litigation, Tanking Settlements and Over-Drafting Contracts: Combatting Unethical Lawyer Behavior,” was presented by the IBA’s Professional Ethics Committee and the Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee. Steele is an IBA judges’ forum liaison officer and a member of the Professional Ethics Committee.
