Steele Speaks at International M&A Conference
Potter Anderson partner Myron Steele was among the speakers at the 16th Annual International Mergers & Acquisitions Conference on June 7, 2017 in New York.
Steele, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, participated in a panel titled “The View From the Bench” along with Hon. Andre Bouchard, the current Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
The panel was moderated by James Griffin, an M&A partner from Weil Gotshal & Manges, and Joseph Frumkin, the managing partner of Sullivan & Cromwell’s M&A group.
The annual conference, presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum, brings together practitioners from around the globe to discuss the latest developments and hot topics in international M&A law.
