Voss Offers a Practical Guide to Employee Health and Welfare Benefits at the Delaware SHRM Annual Conference

At the 17th Annual Delaware State Society of Human Resource Management Conference in Dover, Del., partner Wendy Voss, gave a presentation entitled, " Employee Health & Welfare Benefits - A Practical Guide." The session was designed to educate attendees regarding the universe of documentation required to establish and appropriately administer employee group benefit plans, to guard against the risks attached to a compliance failure, and to provide guidance on benefits issues to key stakeholders and management. Wendy also offered an update on the latest legal developments in the employee benefits arena.
