Wasson Weighs in on Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation

At the ABA Business Law Section Hybrid Spring Meeting in Seattle, partner Jennifer Wasson will speak on a CLE panel that will explore important new cases and national trends in three subfields of business law. The panel will discuss trends in trial practice, private company (i.e., “Business Divorce”) disputes, and D&O insurance. Participants will be asked to consider how these developments mesh with broader trends in business and corporate litigation.

Wasson, a partner in the firm's General Litigation Group, focuses her practice on commercial, corporate and insurance litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. She has tried cases for Fortune 500 companies in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court. She also has tried both civil and criminal cases in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, including as a prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office through Operation FED-UP, a law enforcement initiative to reduce felony gun crimes.
