At the World Trade Center Delaware's "Made in USA" seminar, Potter Anderson partner Janet Reed discussed how to protect intellectual property with patents, copyrights and trademarks, the importance of proper labeling for military/aerospace sales, and other advantages and pitfalls associated with selling "Made in USA" products overseas.
