Potter Anderson Partners to Speak at the 2015 ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting
Pamela Millard, Mark Morton, Michael Pittenger, Myron Steele, Peter Walsh, Jr., and Donald Wolfe, Jr. will speak at the 2015 ABA Business Section Spring Meeting, to be held April 16-18, 2015 in San Francisco, CA.
Pamela Millard will participate on two panel discussions: "Roadmap of an M&A Transaction" presented by the Young Lawyers Committee and "Private Equity and Venture Capital Jurisprudence: Post-Closing Purchase Price Adjustments in PE/VC backed M&A" presented by the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee.
Mark Morton will chair several M&A Committee meetings and the Committee Dinner. He will also chair the Revised Model Asset Purchase Agreement Task Force meeting.
Michael Pittenger and Myron Steele will co-chair a meeting of the M&A Litigation Joint Task Force presented by the Mergers and Acquisitions and Business and Corporate Litigation Committees.
Myron Steele will participate on a panel discussion "Opportunities and Pitfalls of Using Corporate Bylaws to Manage Shareholder Litigation," presented by the Corporate Governance Committee.
Peter Walsh, Jr. as Program Chair, will moderate a panel discussion "Ethical Thickets and Pitfalls in Major Corporate Transactions and Litigation," presented by the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.
Donald Wolfe, Jr. will speak on an IMAS panel discussing director duties in an M&A context.
