Named a Client Service A-Team by BTI
Potter Anderson & Corroon is pleased to announce that based on client feedback, the firm is recognized for its superior client service in The BTI Client Service A-Team 2012: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. BTI Consulting Group, the leading provider of strategic research to law firms and general counsel, conducted interviews with 240 corporate counsel from large and Fortune 1000 companies. Firms were judged on 17 factors, including client focus, commitment to help, keeping clients informed, understanding the client’s business, and handling problems. Law firms to be included in the survey must be identified, unprompted, by clients.
Potter Anderson is the only Delaware-based firm to be included in the survey.
