Governor Reappoints Potter Anderson Partner as State's Code Revisor

Daniel F. Wolcott Jr. is Confirmed by State Senate

Governor Jack Markell has reappointed Daniel F. Wolcott Jr., a partner in Potter Anderson & Corroon’s Litigation Group, as one of the state’s two Code Revisors.  The appointment has been approved by the Delaware State Senate.  The state’s Code Revisors are charged with the responsibility for preparing supplements to the Delaware Code based upon the legislation enacted by the state.  Mr. Wolcott had held the position since 1978.

Mr. Wolcott focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation in construction and commercial cases and is the firm’s Administrative Partner.  He has served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware and as City Solicitor for the City of New Castle, Delaware.  He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia and his B.A. from Bethany College.
