Potter Anderson Recognized in IP Law & Business Survey
In a survey recently published by IP Law & Business, Potter Anderson & Corroon was recognized in the results posted in "Who Protects Innovation in America?" where companies characterized as "the 50 most innovative companies in the world" identified the law firms relied upon to protect their patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Potter Anderson was recognized by clients Bank of America, Samsung Electronics and Wal-Mart Stores. A second article based on the survey results, "Never a Dull Moment," focused on IP litigation and noted that Potter Anderson is one of the busiest Delaware firms involved in patent litigation, with 39 active patent cases included in the survey results.
