Denny Appointed to New Role With Cyber Security Advisory Council

Partner Bill Denny has been appointed to a subcommittee of the Delaware Cyber Security Advisory Council. DCSAC is a cross-sector group that explores and promotes best practices to prepare for and prevent cyber security events, makes collaborative recommendations for effective response to such events, and makes recommendations regarding training and resources necessary to drive a culture of cyber preparedness to the citizens, businesses, and organizations that live and operate in the State of Delaware.

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
