Denny, Martin and Wasson Named ‘Top Lawyers’ by Delaware Today

In its annual “Top Lawyers” feature, Delaware Today magazine highlighted three Potter Anderson lawyers.

Bill Denny — Cyber Security and Technology

Denny has a business and litigation practice, focusing on commercial and corporate transactions, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security and information technology. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and a Certified Information Privacy Manager through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Josh Martin — Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining the firm, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Delaware. He also served as a Delaware Superior Court Judge for eight years.

Jennifer Wasson — Insurance Law

Wasson represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance litigation involving general and professional liability, property, and D&O policies. She is an active member of the ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and is a frequent speaker on litigation and insurance-related topics. She has tried cases for Fortune 500 companies in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.

Delaware Today’s list is based on responses to a survey sent to all members of the Delaware State Bar Association.
