Denny Obtains Information Privacy Manager Certification

Partner William Denny has become certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). The CIPM certification demonstrates a solid foundation for the governance of a privacy program as well as its operation and management. This certification is in addition to Denny’s previous certification by the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Denny practices primarily in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance, focusing on privacy and security compliance, vendor management, mergers and acquisitions and information technology. He chairs the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter for Delaware.
