Potter Anderson partners Katie Good and Jeremy Ryan have been named to the 2022 Lawdragon 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers list.

Good is the head of Potter Anderson’s bankruptcy team. She focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She regularly represents debtors, secured lenders, committees, asset purchasers, liquidation trusts, and other parties in chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign representatives and other parties in chapter 15 ancillary proceedings. She regularly litigates in bankruptcy court as well as in appeals before federal district courts and courts of appeals.

Ryan, a member of Potter Anderson’s Executive Committee, is the practice group leader for the firm's General Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy issues, including the sale and acquisition of companies in bankruptcy, financing, and litigation, as well as general bankruptcy issues. He primarily concentrates his practice in the representation of debtors, but also is involved in committee and creditor representations.
