Josh Martin Awarded Medal of Distinction by University of Delaware

Josh Martin received a Medal of Distinction from the University of Delaware at a reception at the University president’s residence. Presented by the university’s Board of Trustees, the medal honors individuals who have made humanitarian, cultural, intellectual or scientific contributions to society; have achieved noteworthy success in their professions; or have given significant service to UD, the state and the region.

Martin, former president and CEO of Verizon Delaware and former Delaware Superior Court judge, concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. He is a longtime leader and contributor to many legal, cultural, educational and civic organizations.
