Josh Martin Named to 2019 Tech List of Leading Technology Neutrals
Josh Martin, senior counsel at Potter Anderson, has been named by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) to its 2019 List of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals. Known as the “Tech List,” the 2019 list includes 54 professionals this year in key markets in the United States and across the globe. This is Martin’s second year in the list, and he is again the only Delaware lawyer to be included.
Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware and served eight years as a Delaware Superior Court Judge.
All appointees to the Tech List are members of a recognized U.S. or international arbitral or mediation institution panel and are ranked for superior expertise in resolving technology disputes, including technology development and distribution, intellectual property, corporate, finance, trade regulation, and other tech sector commercial matters. According to SVAMC, “The list is peer-vetted and includes only the most exceptionally qualified arbitrators and mediators, known for their skill in crafting business-practical legal solutions in the technology sector.”
